What is the difference between review by and review from ?

Is one more likely to say: review from cyclist or review by cyclist?

P.s. review from 'a' cyclist or review by 'a' cyclist.

Depends if you are writing in the first person, etc.

This is a review from a cyclist with 10 years in the saddle as a professional rider with team XYZ
 
Like:
XXX review from/by a professional cyclist.

where XXX is a product
