dont insult anyone, and I dont think he is making a terrible thing , now I got a code either by buying it or from a friend or from my search, so if I was able to market it and regain my money, so why dont ?!?!

Yes, it is 100% my method. I have not seen anyone else do it this way.

He bought it directly from me, and then is selling it elsewhere. If you made it yourself fine.
Hell is you put the pieces to make it work fine.
He BOUGHT IT FROM ME. That is the point.

I'm selling code that I bought from user "buhdagzy" at CPA Le@d, NOT HERE AT BHW.
Then I decided to sell code and return my spent money because code wasn't standard fbml, it was something different and it didn't worked good with 3 steps script, so I put that I'm selling it at mine signature (for much cheaper that $50 I paid).
In that time OP wasn't selling it here in his signature.
After one day, OP pm-ed me to quit selling, so just he could sell it here.
Now OP opened this thread and started selling it in his signature.
So I was first one who was selling it here.
I will remove mine signature, but only if admin/mod says so.

wtf? You bought it from him, whether he's selling here or not, you shouldn't keep it up after he asked you to remove it.

You are pirating (worse, selling) another BHW member's code. The author gets automatic copyright of everything he does, and he has the right to protect his software. If the Author did not give you resell rights for the software, and asks you to remove it, you better do it.
I even told you in the email I was on BHW, so it makes no sense you would sell it here. The code works perfect with the 3 step you just have to set it all up.

But if you found it somewhere, and then sold it on, then i suppose you don't really own the copyright yourself.
I think when you buy something off of someone, which has the ability to be multi-distributed (unlike if you bought 1 pair of shoes for example, you could only sell the one pair onto someone else - the code can be sent to unlimited amount of people) then its wrong to actually go on and sell it. Okay, it may not say "do not re-sell" or "no re-sell rights included", but unless you buy re-sell rights and it says "you can re-sell this", then i don't think you should sell it on.

interesting... so a piece of code worth 50USD can generate so much drama you get to advertise it in the wrong forum and try to get into the limelight. are you sure you're not the same person on a cheap advertising stunt?

Anyways, I have dealt with Gradimir before and he's no thief.... This code you sold him, did you specifically tell him not to sell it? I mean anywhere, not just in one spot or another. You can forget that part easily.... But he's just following the same kind of thing we all do, buy/take and sell, whats the big deal? Its a measly $50... Get over it...
