Graboid screwing affiliates

I have been promoting Graboid since January this year and had a good experience with them until today when they sent me the payment for the month of March. As they have NET30, you need to wait a month to be paid for the previous month.

In January I made only $12 and was sent the $12 on time. For the month of February I made $201 and was sent $201 on time. BUT for the month of March I made $538 and was sent only $347 today (30/apr/2012).

Well, that is not all. I noticed my past commission stats have been actually altered to reflect lower commissions. My feb stats now show only $189 were earned when I had actually earned $201 and was SENT the $201 in March. My March stats have also been altered from $538 to $347 now.

I have sent an email to Graboid staff via the Contact Us page, hoping to hear back from them. But, I am not very hopeful as their staff is well-known for not replying to the emails. And what makes it worse is, for the month of April, I have earned $1600 and now am not sure if I will be paid at all for my hardwork.

All I can say is, you need to be REALLY vigilant when working with Graboid. Maybe even take screenshots of your earnings each day to have proof. This is not how a big company should be treating their affiliates. I do hope their support replies back or replies to this thread on bhw.

Please email affiliates @ graboid . com directly and it will get sorted out.

Graboid is very serious about paying its affiliates so I'm sure this is some kind of a mixup.

I didn't get paid at all, and Im waiting for $x,xxx payment...

i was wondering if i could sign up with someone's referral link and perhaps you could help me with some coaching tips and ideas to make more money with this affiliate program. i already have an old movie site with about 8500+ visitors per month. i used to use content locker before but removed it a couple month ago because of the bad payout.

I also have the same problem with "daserpent" and noticed the same thing. I thought it was just a mistake. I really liked Graboid as they pay and give commissions on time but now I think I am starting to hate them because I already sent an email to them for almost 2days and made a new one a while ago because I am still waiting for my "Month of April's commision" ... It's already June 5, 2012 4:20am here.. but still no commissions receive. (((((

Graboid.. did some promoting with a TV series website and they always paid out..

Perhaps you can send them another email with the link to this particular thread were you
are speaking about your concern. This indicates that you are really troubled and need a
good explanation.

People that read this thread will think twice to join graboid because of you, and they sure
do not want that. So why not use this thread as leverage to get what you aught to receive?

I've with graboid more than 2yrs and no late or false payment so far. Something must be messed up with your account or else. please check with your acc manager.

As what as I have said, I already sent them an email. Not just twice but three times already. I admired Graboid since I joined them last year and haven't receive any trouble like this, but now I am. If they are doing something like that, they should send some notification emails to all of the members or even just a reply to my email. +_+ It's simple to say: I will not make this comment if I am not having a problem with my commissions. (sigh)

Finally, I just received my commission for the month of APRIL awhile ago. And thanks Graboid for that.
PS: Please inform us next time in case that you're having another problem with your affiliate program so that we will not be worried.

Former Graboid affiliates, you might want to try out the TurboFlix program. $0.70 per trial, same as Graboid used to be. But up to $1.00 a trial after 500 signups.
