Grabbing links from JS for Email Ads?

Hi there,

So I really love Chitika, they give high rates, and their links are good. It wanted to use them for email ads.

Now, they only provide JS, but the JS give you links that are encoded. So can I technically grab these links and use them in email Ads?!
