Mining on PCS dunno know how to cooler the videocards

if your cards are getting too hot start with improving airflow keep some space between gpus clean out dust regularly and adjust fan speeds if needed lowering power limits a little can also reduce temperatures without a huge impact on performance depending on your setup

If you have an open mining rig, it shouldn't be a problem; you just need to periodically clean the dust and replace the thermal paste. Also, undervolting the GPUs will improve temperatures.
