I want to sign-up for OpenAI and use Davinci. So are you saying as a new person, I should just go straight to version 002 and I won't need to train it further?

So how do you relate that to the issue of "enhance datasets and then fine-tune a new model" as you stated?

Can you kindly break down these things? Version of OprnAI, Davinci, Datasets, New Model.

I understand one needs to pay OpenAI fees, and I'm ok with that.

Can you explain further about the differences between these terms? Because if I can get an already trained version, why all the topics about training and fine-tuning?
