I highly doubt it. GPT-3 is not freely available yet. You'd have to aply to use the model. I can't imagine Open AI allowing their model to be used for anything like this. Especially considering the fact that, a few years ago OpenAI did not want to release GPT2 exactly fo this reason, automated content creation. I really think you can not believe anyone who claims, here on the forum, or anyone else to use GPT3 for this purpose.
