I'm pretty sure there is no such website, at least not government related.

On H.F they had one with the codes awhile ago. Yet they are hard to come by, so any Efficient people locator websites will have to do. Although i have tried a large amount of them with no results. Thank you anyways.

Their is only GOVT .EDU blogs i heard, but not sure of Govt website or so.
