gov ac edu backlinks

Hello, is someone have a list of some .gov .ac .edu sites that i can make from them a backlink?
maybe an abandoned sites with a forum or possibility to write a comment

please if someone have a list of sites with that endings i will be happy if you share them

These .edu websites are known for accepting links. I do not have the final URLs though.

I don't have a list of sites but I do have a complete guide to link building here which includes ways in which to get backlinks from .gov and .edu sites legitimatley and therefore will strongly outweigh a crappy profile link on any .edu or.gov site.
