Got weird order today

I started the store 2 weeks ago, pause the campaign a week ago, and no traffic come to my store till yesterday. i got 36 visits today without any referral
And got 1 sale, the transaction was mark as high risk

The weirdest thing was there no session converted or any atc or ic. I planned to refund this order, what you guys think?

Do you have other analytics to see if those visits are normally spread (location, time etc) - or have you checked if it's linked to a previous order? People can change emails etc but see if the surname/zip code is similar
