I really dont understand why you wont use CPA netowrks or things like that. But it is your choice.
Then keep to Adsense, but it is a waste of time. Wth 2-4UV daily you should earn at least 200$ with CPA daily, all whitehat.

If you don't want to use CPA, have you considered trying to sell the site on flippa or a similar website?
