Yeah, you can just make a new FB page and start fresh. But I suggest to first figure out why Facebook restricted your page from advertising and try to solve the isuue.
Ok, thanks. Yeah I kinda know why. Does my account have a "strike" now?
And it was linked to my instagram account, do I need to make a new instagram aswell?

You should create a new page, but in that case you can try to appeal because your page is only restricted, if successful it will be good for running ads

if your page has been restricted from advertising you should try to change the content of the posts that have ads before then create new or buy pages with history and change content to use it will be better

New fanpages are very limited, if possible you can use the way the page has been created for a long time or have a successful protest history because they are very strong and have more conditions, you can use page tick blue

I believe is not related to the facebook account is more about the content that you are triying to promote is not allowed by facebook, they usually send an email with the reason of the rejection or you can write support and ask them what you need to change to get your add approved.

Creating new page would result in the same restrictions. I suggest you launch your ads on different account.

Create a new page - and appeal this one.
Its good idea to have several pages available for rotation, so when 1 gets restricted you can quickly swap for another one.
And its not a big deal, dont sweat it. This happens with 100% Whitehat products also. Just their ai firing false positives.
