Well, this comes from downloading pirated Plugins and Themes, mostly premium.
Well, the owner is having funs laughing his head off.
Solution
The next step is going to your cpanel and deactivating all plugins and installing new themes. BUT to be specific, you should know the premium theme or plugin which you did not buy, but downloaded illegal.

I removed the plugin from my plugin folder. I still can't access admin panel @_@

I'm in love with that developer.
I have legit key of that plugin. the plugin is nextscripts. I just want login to try reinstall the plugin again.

Here is a possible solution in order to login taken from wp troubleshooting.
1. Clear your browser cookies
2. Clear your browser cache
3. Disable all of your WordPress Plugins, either through the admin panel or by removing them from the /wp-content/plugins/ folder, so they will not be recognized by the program.
4. Rename the active theme folder (in wp-content/themes) by using ftp. Once renamed, WordPress will revert to using the wp default theme. try logging in and change to a different theme.
