Pretty sure that word doc is infected with some kind of virus. Please do report them as spam, whenever you receive such a mail. It helps everyone because the spam tracking algo stops it from going to more users.

The best bit is that there is no continuity or grammar checking. It has obviously been written by a single person. I am sure they would have a template for these, without sending docs. No space "box,view" hyphen in mail-box in the text, but not in the doc, etc.
