Got the funds, need the knowledge

Hello,

I see alot of guys/gals here that start out with pretty much no funds to invest.

What are the options when your new to IM and you have upto 2-3k to invest? Along with hard work and dedicating, will this increase your changes of succeeding alot better?

Is the IM market saturated allready? And where do you find a legit coach/mentor? I have looked arround in the warrior forums but its hard (for me at least) to seperate the good guys from the 'scammers'.

I'm very much aware of this, but where do we gain the knowledge? The IM world is huge if your just starting out and pretty difficult to filter out to good information.

You find information around the internet.

I learned 70% of what I know from BHW and 30% from Googling around and getting info from other sites.

It takes time to learn just like any other profession. After you understand it enough you jump off the ledge and start working on something.
 
Start reading in here. If people back what has been written it's usually good. Threads in the xx or xxx page range are usually filled with interesting info. A lot of spam as well though, by people just spewing useless comments along.... Good luck :)

I totally agree. Send me $2,000 via wire transfer and I'll make sure them vultures don't get your money :)

Seriously, for now, keep your money in your pocket as there is no point investing your money in tools for a method that you don't yet understand. Knowledge is everything and all money does it speeds things up but without knowledge there is no point in speeding anything up.

I guess you could find a mentor and work out a deal with them where you tell them what you need to know, they tell you what they can teach you and you agree on how much that would cost. That would speed up your knowledge part and, to be honest, is a great way to start out but just be really careful who you hand your money over to.

BHW is on your team and there is a lot you can learn here without it costing you a penny.

Learn by doing, it is the only way
find a method in the money making section and follow it
 
You should take a look at PPC.

Having money will really speed up your efforts. The hardest part for everyone here is getting the traffic. So with pay-per-click (PPC), you are paying for the traffic. So you get it fast, depending on how much you spend.

Then it simply becomes an arbitrage game.

Hard work and dedication will reap you rewards in more ways you can think. Learn IM or at least the foundation of it. Im new so I won't say I know it all because Im far from it. But you are correct in saying there are some on here that have 0 to invest and want to move into the Playboy mansion tomorrow! My point is, you can't expect someone to come along and mentor you (spooned seems to be the term) for free. Those that help usually want to know what you have done thus far to prove you are trying to make it work for yourself. Now, if someone says, Ill mentor you but it'll cost you. Do you pay in hopes they give you what you want or do you give up some money only to find out what they showed you, you either knew or could've learned on your own. Find a niche in the area you want to market in and set the plan in motion. Save your money and apply it to tools and other expenses. Theres a lot here to gain and learn from, get the basis down, if you know that, then step up your game. Good luck.
 
IMHO, 2-3K is nothing if you want to invest in a business. I mean, it can be everything if you are lucky, but proven.. you will do shit with this money. I have seen 10Ks going to drain, if you wanna know. Be careful with your funds and do not ask for public opinion. Do your own research and invest in something that you know gonna work..

You might attack me right now but I seriously do not give a shit lol. What I said is bitter truth.. ;)

Right I very much understand that knowledge is power. I was just wondering if you could gain knowledge faster if you invest. Now finding the right investment seems like a difficult path to follow.

Do not buy any guides, or any special guru crap.

You seem smart enough to not do that, but just letting you know... It's mostly always repackaged stuff from free shares, or stuff you can find and learn on your own if you only dig!

Start reading here on BHW. I started the same. Read all the threads and in the beginning often asked myself what the fuck these guys are talking about. But after you've read enough threads, you gather enough knowledge to understand anything. Good luck.

I'm not the person to attack someone for giving their opnion. I do however think that you gain a small edge if you have any funds to invest. Even if its just for buying hosting/domains/traffic (allthough that traffic could be worthless ofccours).

I have indeed been reading ALOT of threads here, it's alot of data and information to consume and the biggest problem I had was filtering out the most usefull information.

Now I know alot of people are going to say: just try it out and see if it works out for you. While this is very much true, I would like to go a step further and find a really good base that has been succesfull for others allready where we could start working from.

You're right. You do have an edge over others that have nothing to invest with. There's plenty of free tools but free does come with limitations. Do you want the "free" escort to accompany you to the party or are you going to spring for the Guess model twins that cost a tad more? (BTW, I don't condone prostitution, well, only the free ones but thats my post in the money section) Buy a sh!t domain and tinker with setting up a blog. Hell, link some OGAds to it and test your conversion rate with some ideas. You can even try click bank. My point isn't about doing that long term. My point is about getting you're feet wet. Test ideas, get your hands dirty and learn the in's and out's. Once you find your angle, sink that bastard deep into the IM world and make your mark. It's amazing how quick you can get things in motion when you know what you need to do vs. finding a good niche to market and then be stuck with the task of...where the fk do I start?!

most of the im noobs think that they can buy the world with peanuts lol:P Yes, funding does matter. Just make sure that you dont share your method ;)
 
If you are starting off let me give you the advice that I wish I had followed and saved myself of years of wasted time.

1. Find and stick with one thing. You like going to office? Build an agency. Like sitting at home ? Start a blog or get into SEO. Want fast results and don't want to wait? Get into paid media. Basically choose one thing and don't switch ever. No matter what. Even if there is gold on the other side don't switch . I hope you get it.

2. Once you choose and you have learnt about it, get practicing. Don't waste months reading blogs and imagining how you are going to make millions and jump into a pool of money like scrooge. Practice, practice and action. You will learn more with experience then any blog or course out there. Run a campaign and see how it goes. Maybe you will loose money but you will learn what is wrong. Then run that campaign again and change things. Keep doing that till you start making money.

You will have to dig trough alot of dirt and shit before you will find any kind of gold :)
