Got Scammed by TerryPrince

Hello, I was dealing with @TerryPrince for a credit card that works with Azure.
I specified that they have to work for azure, he said he has platinum bins and it will work.

The first time his credit card did not work, and after he replaced it with a prepaid virtual card, and I think I told him 3 times before that prepaids don't work.
He did not deliver what he promised and he refuses to refund me.

I had replaced the VCC's 2 times but the user still wants me to give him the money back + give him a VCC for free so in total, he got 3 VCC's for Free + Insult me in front of the whole forum!

I am ready to refund the money!

He won't reply to me on discord!!!

You offered to refund him on Saturday then changed your mind, which is why this is now in front of the whole forum.

The guy was being a dick about me. What other option did I have? Threatening a seller with a scam report it is a blackmail. Even when I specifically offered him to complete the refund on a number of occasions!

Anyhow, Let me have the ID and we can be done here so I can move on with my sales thread!

The user had sent me: Exact Amount: 0.00198078 BTC

I have refunded: 0.00201486 BTC

Even after this, the buyer wants me to pay him more & give him like freaking 3x money or whatever....
