Got Scammed by ShiningEyes

Sounds like this was more a matter of poor communication between seller and buyer. Honestly, this is a black hat forum with a lot of people desperate for money, I'm not surprised he tried to pawn off an old license and make 60 bucks. My issue is the way this was handled on both sides. Shiningeyes wasn't outright scamming... but he should have made clear that he was providing a used license, not a new one. When it came to light that the OP wanted a new license, Shiningeyes should have refunded the money and worked to get his own license reactivated. I think with civility from the start the solution might have been immediately at hand.

Also don't fuck with the man that controls the hammer. That's another important lesson that shouldn't have even needed learning.

It has nothing to do with fearing a mod's ban hammer. The mod would like nothing better to do than to just sit on a perch and watch things from above. It's when they have to get involved that things get more serious.

This Shiningeyes guy clearly didn't know how to follow instructions, even if in his mind it's the "same thing" to give the buyer a previous license rather than a new one that was asked of him. If someone says to me, very cleary, buy THIS one (whatever it is), yet I have the arrogance to substitute it with something that I think is the same, then I am the one taking on any risk that follows, due to this arrogance.

Someone doesn't know how to tell a joke from a serious statement... my main point is that this is black hat world and many, many of the forum users are people looking to make an easy buck. It's the nature of this business. Do you honestly think when I'm promoting an affiliate product on clickbank it's actually the best product i've ever used in my entire fucking life? No, it's not. I'm trying to make money just the same as anyone else and exploitation is the name of this game. I was just trying to remark that the lesson we should learn is that within the blackhat world community leave the motivation to exploit and scam at the gate. This is a sanctuary for sanity.

That was clear from the get go. Somebody correct me if I read the whole thing wrong?.

Not so clear, in my opinion. It took a while for ShiningEyes to show us what he is. I think ShiningEyes saw an opportunity to use someone else's misfortune to increase his own situation, and in his mind he was going to take advantage of the OP and look like the Hero at the end of the process.

First it was get the OP to pay $97 for a $57 license, and pocket the difference. When the OP got wise, he tried plan "B" which was pay $57 for a new license in his name that has the "security" of being originally his, and foist the used, insecure, old license off on the "noob" OP.

He never planned on doing anyone any kind of favor. As a predator, he used someone else's weakness to his own advantage. This is standard business practice. Had he been open about it, the OP could have had the chance to either agree or not. But he played the role of "good guy" and even to the very end he was expressing outrage of the loss of his "reputation" even while his arguments clearly underlined his amoral and self-serving nature. He thinks Reputation is about what one appears to be. In this case, it's appearing to do a favor for a noob (even while he is taking advantage of them), it's something superficial that can be easily manipulated. The OP doesn't have the slightest bit of awareness of what the word "character" means. He also has an overinflated belief in his own intelligence. He's not smart enough to understand that people can clearly see him for who and what he is, despite his attempts at redirecting attention elsewhere.

This was a very interesting thread. As it progressed, ShiningEyes became smaller & smaller. He grew hair and antenna and his voice got very high-pitched. He shriveled up and turned into a small and squeaky cockroach. In the span of a few pages I saw him for what he is, even through the filter of the internet and possible language barriers, I can still see the human cockroach, somewhere on the planet, demanding respect in his small and squeaky voice, and wailing his outrage and regret at trying to help a noob and do them a favor. Today, when the banhammer fell, it made a squishy, crunchy "SPLAT!" sound.

What I mean is exactly what you posted. Frazgta's intention to acquire a NEW SB license was clear from the beginning. Shiningeyes, on the other hand, was shady all the way.

P.S.: You mixed OP's identity and shiningeyes' in your final paragrahps.

Did he refund to OP??

Everyone here tries to get benefited with one or the other way, so is shiningeyes. But his attitude not to think of OP's situation and blaming him for something unreal cost shiningeyes a BAN...

Nope he didn't refund me anything and I'm not surprised. He knew that he was gonna get banned and decided to risk it for the money.
I know this because in the PM's he did admit his mistake:
shiningeyes:

That is again your fault brother, you should have told me that you were gonna go to their support.
Ok i agree, i might have said that. (Referring to the fact that he was gonna buy me a new license HINT: First PM) Now, IF mine is suspended, its your act which caused it, and do you think i will give you the other one worth 57$ too?
Kindly ask them to reactivate the license that i gave you. That was as good as a new one.

+4 rep to OP, He deserves it:), Someone had have given him Negative rep.. TO OP, I appreciated your honestly, and Finally You won:P. Mother Teresa Quoted. "If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway."

Lesson Learned.
First: "Never cheat Anyone"
Second: "Do what you describes "
Third: "Be honest and Do not show attitude in Business"
Last but not in list:
Don't fucked with BZ :D

bz gives the Ban Hammer to Shining Eyes knee caps.

Build a rep then scam a noob, an old and repeated scammers method.

Was this really worth ruining an online reputation and receiving a ban from this sacred forum??

I hope you got your copy of sb... sorry you got scammed. All this for $60 bucks.

I hope you realise how nice a gesture that was from Bleemz.

Unbelievably selfless, he deserves A LOT of credit and respect. He's got mine.

I totally do. The last thing i expected from this thread was a refund from SE but what happened was hard to imagine and at first i didn't even realize what he had just done.

He has my respect forever!

hey everyone, its shiningeyes!
I was gonna PM only bz but after talking to OP, i am pretty relieved to see him satisfied.
That day is like a nightmare for me. Stayed pretty upset days after the mishap and still can't digest what just happened. I never tried to scam anyone and never did in my whole career online.

This was a strange incident. I have though long and hard about it and i would call it a serious communication failure* and some anger that couldn't help me, it was that state of mind that just costed me heavily. I have learned a lot from it. I have learned to communicate well and provide what you promise. I will say sorry to all of you for all the trouble i created.

Have already sent refund to OP. payza.png

I was trying to contact bz from last week but could not get him on bhw irc chat.

==================

* If only i had told him that it was an old account there would have been no problem at all and if i could know he would go that far. I was relaxed because i thought he won't go, he asked me "Is the account resealable and transferable?" I said "no"
When i came to know that he asked support then i got a bit angry and may be a bit panicked. Then i heard that the license was suspended!
Now i was in state that i have done everything right(which i did not) which refuelled emotions,
That MAD state of mind did not allow me understand many things that i realized after everything finished.

Thanks to everyone who tried to solve the problem and tried to help:

It's in the goddamn faq! OP Quoted it to open this.

Send my money to OP the same way he sent it to you.

and all other who did participate in the thread positively including Fraz, Good luck bro!

I am really sorry to not handle the matter calmly...
Thanks to all of you, learned a lot from bhw and love it.
I am sorry again, i hope you all understand,
Regards,
Shiningeyes,
