I really want expose A2ads (formerly Flux Ads) for the scamming thieves they are.

I used to use them a few years ago and they always ended up paying me even though they were late sometimes. It had been about a year since I had used them up until last month, I started running an offer with them that was converting good. I was putting in 8+ hours a day in monitoring and adjusting my campaigns, tweaking things, and working hard for about a month and a week with them.

During that time I was emailing back and forth with the owner, Jon Lyons, about getting a payout raise, and other offers, he would ALWAYS respond within 24 hours of each email. I also asked me if he could get me on weekly wires which he said he would at the 1st of this month. About a week into the month I noticed no payment, so instantly stopped traffic and emailed him for status, days go by no response, so more emails from me, weeks go by no response.

I got worried and googled around, I found tons of threads from within the last year of people on forums complaining they were also robbed of their commissions by Jon. He would do the old tried and true trick of telling people to increase volume, and then ban them once it was time to pay them, and ignore all their emails as well.

I tried calling the numbers they have provided, his cell phone says his inbox is full and can't take any new messages (probably other people he scammed have filled it up) and I left voice mails at his office number that never got returned.

This is a very very big hit to me, I am extremely distraught over him screwing me over like this for no reason. All my traffic was legitimate, and I complied to all the terms the offer was asking. I paid over $900 for my traffic, and dedicated about 5 weeks to getting the results of $1,900, so I am basically out $3,000 now because of this guy, as well as 5 weeks of 8+ hour long days of productivity lost.

Has anyone ever been able to shut down a scamming CPA like what a2ads is doing? How can I press charges against them, or if that's not an option, does anyone know what measures or a good attorney I can contact who will be able to help me recover my money back?

I am just so bummed and pissed off about this guy doing this, I had planned my whole next couple of months around having that payment, as well as I have important expenses coming up I need to cover that I won't be able to now.

Would really appreciate some advise on how I should proceed in going after this guy Jon Lyons and A2ads

20 more posts like these on different forums and he will contact you himself offering the payout!

Never heard of them, but I'd just keep blowing up his email

Damn, this is saddening. Is there no way all that were scammed could join hands and bring down the scammer??

Post on their social media and CPA/marketing forums.

They'll soon respond to try to have you hush up.

From what I saw in other threads that were started by other people that were scammed by him, he was once replying, but now he hasn't replied to anyone else in about a year. Out of all the threads that were made about him stealing money. I'm so pissed off this guy does this, I can't let him get away with it.

I posted on a few other forums, the scumbags at Warrior Forum delete my thread each time I post it for some reason. Do you have a list of other forums I should post it on besides BHW, Wicked Fire, and Warrior forum?

You can post to affpaying and digitalforum also I guess.. and all kind of other CPA network reviews site. Then you can try to rank web 2.0s with the network name and scam in title.

You can also use the word "A2Ads review" in the title so it get ranked. BTW you are page #1 for "A2Ads scam"

I'm not good at SEO at all, can anyone with who knows how to rank some articles or Web 2.0 sites help me spread the word about these scum bags. Something needs to be done so that they can't continue to rip people off. They have financially screwed me over so bad it's going to take me months to recover from this. I can't let them get away with this.

Any SEO experts willing to help me spread the word that these guys are scamming people out of money?

Update, the good news is this worthless piece of filth of a2ads didn't do a good job covering his tracks, with the help of some very brilliant people who've PM'd me, I've found an overwhelming amount of personal information about him, and the people he's in contact with on a daily basis. I'm outlining a plan of coming after this worthless piece of garbage, he's going to pay a severe price for screwing me and others over.

I think the real travesty is that you were going to work "5 weeks with long 8 hour days" for $1000 profit.

Pathetic lol.

Also add things like 'is a2 ads legit' so the page gets ranked !

I got this email on the 5th of May:

Good morning.

Effective today, May 5, 2016, A2Ads will no longer continue its operations as a network. This decision was not made lightly and we are so thankful for all of you wonderful publishers who have worked with us over these 12 years. Unfortunately, this last year has been filled obstacles beyond our control that proved to be too difficult to overcome. With several advertiser non-payments, as well as lawsuits resulting from fraudulent affiliate traffic, we have found ourselves in an impossible position. We have made many attempts to overcome these obstacles but in the end, have been unable to. Therefore, we have no other option than to close down the network and liquidate our entire assets in an effort to satisfy all outstanding affiliate payments. Additionally, once all advertisers who have chosen to not pay on their bills have been properly notified by our attorneys, we will be publicizing that list, as well as the list in an effort to prevent any future business being done with them.

A letter will follow shortly from our attorneys to address any questions you may have. Once again, we appreciate all of you who have worked with us during this 12 year run and we wish you the best of luck moving forward.

Thank you.

- The A2Ads Family
