Call the network immediately after you apply. This shows them that you're hungry to get going. If you're scared of calling, apply for dandingo.com and peerfly.com. Both of those approved me without a phone call.

The main thing is that you must have a website with high traffic to generate conversions for the CPA network. Big networks look for high traffic websites.
You sometimes have to lie...it helps

Apply to StrongerAds. I got accepted within a couple of hours. No phone call. Nothing. I didn't even have to put in my websites.

Strongerads sounds good?.. if they accept people that simply I will definitely check them out and sign up.. even using whitehat methods I have been rejected by a lot of CPA networks.. I will have to take a look at strongerads.
