Got PR2 less than in a month?

I noticed today using my traffic travis that my blog less than a month is now PR2 blog..

I just registered it last january 2012.. I never build backlinks and I just put 3 quality content and leave it..

I checked the domain before I bought and its PR0 and now its PR2.. :eek::eek:

i have pr 0 to pr 4

when pr 0 the site rank postion $10
im not doing anything to that site
and after pr 4 couple days ago my site get #100++ position

damn its true
 
My site too.. the site ranks #16.. then after the PR update.. its on 170+ page of google..

My another blog which is blogspot is on number #4 position.. I build backlinks and still no PR..

GOOGLE Y U SO WEIRD?
 
I am seeing some sad experience, but it does not happens generally, if you are making good natural links and maintain the quality of the content, you must keep the increase the ranking and page rank
 
hmmm one of my sites was pr 2 and similar site, same backlinking strat pr 0 after 3 months.

google knows
 
Lol I just realize it today, that my 2 month old site goes from pr 0 to pr 4. lol! :P
 
I'm noticing page rank is not that reliable an indicator, I had my site go from pr0 to pr2 in a couple weeks with just one pr2 back link and a link on google code since that's where I host my project.

I'm still null on search results in Google though.

Only reliable method is a LOT of good quality backlinking.
 
Pr is pretty useless. I recently had a pr0-4 in 1 month. Site ranked well for the domain (competitive keyword rich) but thats it.
 
I think the hard part starting after pr 4. getting 5 and above is real thing.
 
PR update by google is quite weird nowadays. Is this something related with panda?
 
My website which is 2 months old is now pr2.Yes i built backlinks and now currently ranking #1-#2 for all of my keywords.But hey no Adsense so no income.
