Got my hands on something...HUGE potential...

I got my hands on a huge directory of e-mails of local business owners. I see a lot of potential in this.

Does anyone have any ideas or experience with this? Is there any service or product that I can sell them, online or offline?

I need ways to monetize this!!

Business Directory Listing + Web hosting/design. Find out who they are using and beat their pricing.

Provide them with a web design/host solution.. that one works pretty well..

better still offer them seo/im services - these are a much better return of investment and once you explain them the benefits you should be able to get an easy monthly residual from them for implementing their campaigns for them

once they see an increase in leads and new sales, they wont hesitate to keep paying you or even better increase their monthly SEO budget

What did you decide to do with your list?

Lots of money can be made. You might look at the "Offline Marketing" threads here on BHW to get some ideas.

research your list:
1.) how many on the list currently have website ?
2.) does their current website look like shit ?
3.) Did they do any form of keywords,description etc
4.) Is it fully a flash website with no descriptions ?
5.) Hows their rank ? can you find them on google ?
6.) Is there potential to sell there product online ? possible revshare?
7.) Are they using joes webservice out of his basement ?
8.) Are their local competitors doing somthing online, they shoudl be doing as well ?

thats just to get your brain moving on thinking of what you can do for them ?

If all else fails, sell the leads package to other marketer in your area
