got MC999 on ebay, what to do?

Well i opened a new ebay account today and got mc999.

Is it safe to open another account and use the same paypal account? i don't have any other paypal account, what to do?

EDIT: Well i did opened an account with fake information (address from US) while not using a proxy or anything. I messed up i guess xD.

Good thing i used my laptop instead of main pc with main ebay account and reset my router so i get new ip assigned. My real account is still working so far.

Now i've made a new account on laptop using correct information (address etc), i am wondering if i should use the paypal with this account?

Advertise on BHW
use the same paypal but make different email address(you can add upto 7 email)
make sure your ip is not that already got suspension (ipburger.com)
don't list high risk item (electronic's mobile,brand name)
don't list too much in quantity (1-10 {2-3 is sufficient})
don't list high end item (more then 50$)
don't try to sell vero from new account
 
You cannot list an item on a brand new ebay account anymore. You have to let it sit for a week or so. Listing right away will get mc999.
I will make or buy an account from someone and let it sit a while before listing. You will need a new user account and a different ip because you can no longer use that banned ip address.

ebay owns paypal. Just adding a new email address to paypal doesn't make them think you're a different person. Any ebay account you attach to that paypal account will be forever linked to the first ebay account, and you will be suspended. It's a giant waste of time.

Ipburger sucks, don't use it. Use whatismyipaddress.com instead. I only say that because the person who owns ipburger is a fuck bag.

You have to start over from scratch and leave no trail whatsoever. In addition to a new ip address, you also need a new credit card, new bank account, new cookies, new pictures, etc... and you can even do it all from the same computer.

who says you can't use same paypal on another ebay account,use google to research more and wimi.com don't give you real info every time,sometime it shows your ISP address not yours ipburger always shows your actual location,they all are tested from my side and always work for me,i just tried to help him not forced him to use my theory why you're so angry on me and given NEG rep,just b'coz of my reply/ hmm?
 
Actually i did link the paypal with changed email and so far its working good.

As doug said i will wait for atleast a couple of weeks now before listing new items for sale.

I say you can't use the same paypal with another ebay account. You're wrong.

Using the same paypal account with a new ebay account is stupid. I'm sorry, but it's stupid. ebay owns paypal. They share information. They even share information from your orders, instantly. It's the same company. You will get linked. Just because you think it's a good idea doesn't mean it's a good idea. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

When you're suspended from ebay and/or paypal, you have to start fresh with completley new information, and that includes a new ebay and paypal account together. You can probably still use that same paypal to accept payments, but using it on new ebay account is hardcore stupid.

It is a recipe for disaster.

I live this, every day. I know what I'm doing.

Well i already linked the paypal account before furious wrote that. guess nothing could be done now.

I agree, just using different email will not work, maybe for a week or so but they will catch on quickly
 
I haven't verified that before, because I have never been suspended. However, if I want to open a new account and dont want it to be linked, I will definitely use a new paypal account. eBay and paypal is the same company and they can share the info very easily which makes me really uncomfortable.

Just in case, if Paypal can help eBay link all of eBay accounts under the same paypal account easily. I really cannot afford that lost if they all get suspended together.
