Got marked as spam on discord

I own a large server, and my account got marked as spam for some reason.

"messages hidden from likely spammer"

all my old and new messages are getting hidden. My customers are unable to see my messages

What should I do? Discord support is useless.

I am hoping someone can offer me some tips to get this fixed, I will pay if theres a service that does this.

We can't see your account, so we can't speak from personal knowledge. But an account who gets marked as spammed as usually spammed in the past, in a way or another, or tried to promote offers. You may just not want to recognize it, or are probably to green to understand what is and what is not allowed. But you rarely get marked as spammer without ever having done anything questionable. And if it isn't you, it certainly is your IP, that may have been used by some spammer in the past.

The only thing that I can think of right now is to appeal to Discord Support.

sounds like your doing something you shouldnt.

Support is useless when it comes to Discord, but if I were you I will search a member of the discord server in linkedin and explain him your issue. If he's nice he will personnaly look your account OR you can offer him a gift in order to help you.

appeal to discord support, that's basically all you can do at this point - good luck
