Hello,

I need some ideas on how to use my team to create backlinks/help with seo.

At the moment I manage a team of 12 people and I need to give them guidance to help us create backlinks.

Right now I'm thinking of given them a list from Ahrefs with the competitors backlinks to check fi they can replicate what they did or post comments where the competition has.

Do you guys got any ideas/advices for me ?

how about focusing on content creation and outreach. You can assign one staff member only on full time real outreach, might end up getting some hq relevant links(with the right content...)
