Got Into A Serious Trouble

Hello Experts,

I created a google website almost a month ago the link to the site is https://sites.google.com/view/recruitment-agencies-pakistan/ and for this domain i created about 60 backlinks from 60 different domains but now the site is not showing any stats that if its indexed or not and still im unaware and totally blank that how people are making sites.google.com sites indexed and getting them ranked by making very less effort please if anyone know anything about it please do help me regarding this issue....
PS: I have tried everything that i knew but still unable to get the site indexed

i have at last created the search console for a google site but now there is another problem and that is URL Inspection is off so is there any other way to make it indexed? :/
