Got hit by the update :(

hi my site also got hit by penguin update but...there is no spam backlinks & my keywords repeting same phrase targetting same home page URL...before update all my keywords are 80 to 90 but all of a sudden all went not in 1000.. can any one give me suggestion to recover from this issue...

That's your problem right there. Over optimization of anchor text. While Penguin 1 concentrated on over optimization, this update even took it further.
