Got High Organic traffic But lead converting less??? Needs Marketers Advice

Hello Expert Marketers, I want to ask as you can see picture of my stats that i have a good amount of traffic but still my conversion rate is bad. I think main reason is because I have more India and Philiphine traffic. But that is all organic traffic so can anyone tell me what should i do to get more leads and if you can also tell me how to get more US traffic and get rid of this IN and PH traffic?? The niche is international but still In are more coming it's strange. And also most of the networks don't have all countries leads. At this moment i only use Adgate and Blamads. I applied for some more but they didn't accepted me it's sad. I get about 600+ unique visiters daily on my site. So any suggestions for me? I need good experts advice. Please help me.

Also tell me if i can use any other thing to monetize my site aside CPA i mean together. Any help will be appreciated.

Do you content lock? if you do PPC you can choose what countries you want to show ads for. But I have the same problem with one of my sites, mostly india and philipine traffic and some usa. Havent figured out any solution yet. But then again it means your niche is popular in asia, try to find a good converting offer for asian countries idk.

Yea i use content locker. Asian offers don't convert much. I don't do PPC it is google organic traffic.
