Got Domain which was sold at flippa,Proxy website Help needed

I got a site myspacebestproxy info
which was sold for 1550$ on flippa 2 months back.
I think due to some reason the owner did not renew that domain , and i am lucky to got that domain from godaddy auction.
Thing is that i do not know how to make a proxy site. I am sure, that if we build that site it will automatically get the traffic from the source where that site is submitted for traffic,

I do not want to flip the site, I want some one who can make the proxy site on my domain.
Or just guide me how to make.
