I have a local website address I had some plans for and its been deindexed.

All ive done over the last week-2 weeks is about 5k decent quality scrapebox backlinks and I submitted my url to some statistic sites and to the search engines (submitted to google twice as my net dropped on the first submit so i wasnt sure and submitted directly to google to).

Anyway it was at the bottom of page one for about two days then jumped to page 2 and then back to page one and then went from the first four pages that I could see.

I thought nothing of it but then when i looked it doesnt show up AT ALL even if i search for the url. This was a sub domain but even the main domain is gone.

Any advice on getting it back would be appreciated..

Thanks.

Looks like you over do it in a short period of time. Wait at least 1 month before you start backlinking again and hope all is not lost.

do you think it is 100% deindexed or part of a dance. It started dancing yesterday and is now gone. Ive read of this happening to others and it comes back.

note I just checked and its also deindexed on yahoo and bing!

wow, 5k blasts out of the blue on a site that you wanted to use...not sure how good of an idea that was. My advice is just wait it out, don't do anything on it anymore and get started with something else, it will come back on it's own eventually.

The 5k blast is an absolute max and Im sure it was a lot less. I think realistically it was maybe 3-4k but they were all good links and I would say 1k max got through over the period of a week.

adding some fresh content wont make it worse :)

Well i actually only hit the sub domain but the root domain has also been deindexed... it had a nulled theme from here on with 0 content just a bare theme.

My adult domain got deindexed over two years ago and still hasn't come back..but mine is still on bing and yahoo.

This is not on bing yahoo or google

also would there be a message in webmaster tools? I just added the site and there is no msgs there.

could the theme I used of had a call back in it and I got reported as a dmca? it wasnt nulled and was shared as it was dloaded. A few others had used it though.

5K isnt crazy, it will take awhile for those to get indexed if at all. Seems hard to believe but i guess its possible. Do you have wordpress sometimes the settings get changed to non-index. And for both yahoo and bing to deindex it is also hard to believe. Is it new are you sure you indexed it to begin with? Just doesn't add up for me.

If its truly de-indexed then move on and start over.

I checked again today and the site is there!!!.

Let me confirm to you though it was 100% removed 100% deindexed for the url I checked as did another bhw member on bing, yahoo and google... totally deindexed.

I didnt want to leave any stone unturned so what I did (no idea if it was a dance or something I did) is the following:

- Changed it into a maintenance mode theme
- 303d it in webmaster tools to a spare domain
- cancelled the 303 after a few hrs (no idea if this cancels it totally)
- resubmitted to google through the regular url submitter

If it was a dance thats crazy.

good to hear u got it back. but i wouldn't advice to blast directly ur site with scrapebox

id actually be interested to know if it was genuinely just a dance or if I was penalised.

let me ask you a serious question.... WHY THE F*CK did you do a scrapebox blast on your site that is brand new, i wouldent even do that to my site thats 10 years old let alone a week. Build some book marks and pr links when its new.

Maybe the website was showing up on some of google's servers and not on the one you called up on your last search (a bit like how a dance can show you on page 1 then on page 2) in this case page 1, page 2, not at all, then back again.

Anyway hope you site doesn't get deindex, I lost a site for 3 months with a blast of just 300 links once!
