Got CPA accounts, no idea what to do now

Hey everyone,
i got accepted in blamads,adscendmedia and many other cpa networks but i do not know what to do now... i am not interested in youtube as i find it boring and as i know i wont put work into something that bores me
i am very good in seo and i am doing some adsense MNS sites now but i saw that with cpa you can earn much better so i wanted to ask for advice
is it even possible to earn with cpa + seo ?

Sure, open some site with reviews about your product and just drop it to the #1 place with your keyword.
 
On your MNS Sites, think of something you can outsource related to your niche. Such as an eBook or something along those lines. Get a designer to design a banner for you than display that on your site and use a content locker on click on the landing page linked from the banner.

i also noticed that most offers determined by country, so meaning if my traffic is 50% usa % worldwide i will lose 50% potential income?
also what offers converts best?
sorry that i ask such a newbie questions it's just that i have zero knowledge about cpa and i really want to start with this as well

Adscend and BLAM both have lockers that will prepopulate with offers so you don't have to mess with that. You won't lose income from visitors being from different countries.

I've seen costume made lockers like Content Lock PRO V2.0
what's the differences between this and the one that i can get from the network?

Custom ones you put your own offers from any network on there. You manage the offers on the locker, usually you get higher profit from this but you have to do some work.

Ones from the site they put their own offers and all you do is put the code into the page.

last thing for now, is it worth building a website specifically for one offer? not locking any content but just reviewing it or something similar? if yes than are most of the offers live for long enough to make a decent profit from a site like this?

they do request a nicely built plan with explanations on how you will promote there offers, at the time i was approved i just settled up my ptc business and i told them that my users will love to convert with there offers to earn some incentives, and they probably liked it, also my site is designed very well and atractive so maybe they like it too :P , check in the forum in the sticky posts by Pofecker and crsk8andsno56 it may help you!
 
now you work read the site and find a niche method that you dont find boring and attack till you rich. then just rinse and repeat.
 
i still cant really understand, how the site should look like, a review site? a content locking site? i feel like an idiot about cpa, and it seems to me that i miss this huge money pie
