Got covid, the second time.

The first time (6 months ago), i was tested positive but barely had any major symptoms.

This time (delta i think?), it is pretty bad.
Fever, headache, runny nose, sore throat.

I have completely lost smells. I just tried to smell some perfume. Nothing. Pretty weird. Think i have lost most of taste in food as well. This is what bugs me the most. I love foods.

I'm not vaccinated. Not coz im against it or anything. Vaccine is not available here for my age group where im from.

I'm a young and (mostly) healthy dude. Obviously going to bounce back. But it is shitty.

I can understand for it would seriously annoy me not being able to taste food right for example eating rasam at the moment which tastes so good I agree with the Indians who told me it's India best food they maybe right I suspect.

Hope you recover soon.
 
Delta is worst as compared to first strain, in India we take herbal stream, betadine gargles 3-4 times daily, keep checking your oxygen saturation

For getting back smell, once cough clears, start smelling different perfumes daily

I wish that this shit goes away fast from your body
 
For a month or two I felt some bizarre taste in food.
But I was more aware of this due to the pandemics.

I don't know how many times I've had covid.

oximeters are all sold out. Finally managed to buy one yesterday. Oxygen saturation is normal levels (~97) so far.

This is a good point, i don't see not many people are talking about.

Which means, in future this can be said as "in 2021 so and so number of people got affected by the pandemic disease CORONA.
and, you will be one among them.
And my Dad too, but he recovered.
