Got charged three times for buying one product.

I bought a program from this stupid website: greaterminds.com , I just checked my payment activity, I got charged 3 times! 2 times with credit card and 1 time with PayPal.
I contacted the support to ask for a refund, I was told that they've only received one payment, and they will only refund one.

What can I do ?

PayPal do a charge back, ask your bank to reverse the other transactions

Contact PayPal and your CC's bank immediately. Request a refund on all transactions.

Contact your bank, and dispute on paypal.
And stop buying crap from gurus. Also reviews online seem to say to avoid at all cost this website, so be careful in the future.

It can be, that they're telling the truth, they received one payment only and the other two is in pending status. It happened to me once or twice. If it's the case, it usually solves itself in a couple of business days with you doing nothing, the funds get released.

Check your PayPal and online banking, whether there's just a hold on the funds or they're already debited from your balance.

Yes you can open dispute on Paypal request a refund on transactions. Be careful next time.

How did you make payment?

Through CC or Paypal.

How can you get 2 charges on CC and 1 on PP.

I mean either you 3 charges on CC or 3 charges on PP if something goes wrong.

Or maybe you made CC payment via Paypal.

That’s sucks. Yeah like errbody here says. Do a chargeback or dispute / escalation.
