Got banned from ebay

Hello guys,
So recently I got banned from ebay because "it exhibits a risk to eBay and to its community".
I had really great time with ebay and I did not see a reason for banning me.
I got 44 positive feedbacks as a seller, 2 natural and 2 negative (1 of them was by accident and the buyer is not answering me when i asked him to change, and 1 just because he thinks that the item is not as described which obviously not true cause all the other people got it as is.)
I sent an email to ebay and they told me that they reviewed my account and they still not going to unban me.
I just wanted to know if it happened to someone and what did you do?
I got a limit of 2.5k$ and 200 items I think. This was a very good account and i'm very disappointed for having the ban.
If someone can help me that would be great :)

1. It's almost impossible to reverse an eBay ban for seller performance like in your case. My guess would be that trying to save this account at this point is just a waste of time. Better to just start over.

2. 2 negs + 2 neutrals out of 48 feedback is actually not very good. It's not that hard to stay under the 5% defect, 4.60 DSR rating to not get banned. Maybe you need to tweak your method?
 
It had nothing to do with your feedback. I manage dozens of accounts over the years. Feedback is not important. You were selling something wrong 90% of the time. There is a small chance it was linked to another account.
With a bunch of questions I could tell you what caused the ban... but it doesn't matter the reason at this point.
Go get a stealth book and start over. I would suggest buy an account first... it is even harder now to get a good account made.
 
Starting a new account is the easiest way to go or try to find someone willing to sell. They truly do not care once they ban you and, unfortunately, they can afford to drop sellers whenever they get suspicious even if the account is legit.
 
I would suggest to call them. Sometimes speaking to a live person can help. However, if this does not work I'd suggest you start from scratch using a stealth account. If you have what to sell it should be easy to build back up reputation again.

What is a stealth book?
Cant I use my paypal?
 
everything you used before is dead, do not link any new accounts to your pp
 
Start a new account and go stealth. Some people run 30-100 accs at a time :)
