Got banned from Crackrevenue, still don't know why

I recently got banned from crackrevenue due to "illicitly generated leads." So i opened the ticket to see what went wrong as I know I didn't do anything shady - I was just promoting few offers on my tumblr blogs, same as I did for more then a year. However, I never got any answer on my question could they tell me where the allegedly illicitly generated traffic came from.

I then decided to contact them here on forum, and indeed they replied the same day telling me that my conversion rates were suspiciously high (close to 100%) and thats the reason why I got banned. I asked again if they could track where that suspicious leads came from but got no answer again.

So my question here is did this happen to anybody else? Also, what could go wrong with my leads as I didn't do any nonlegitimate things to drive them? Could it possibly be that, ironically, I got banned because I legitimately drove leads that converted so well that they were just too perfect?

Where is CrakRevenue? I know they've got like 2 people who frequent this forum all the time and reply to anything related to them, and now they are not here? I've heard many good things from CR but seriously i'm starting to doubt it a bit, i tried contacting them on skype, two of them and none of them answered , a simple question but not answer, then a few minutes ago i find out that they removed the PPL offers from my account without any notice, no email , nothing, what's going on? Sure there will be a lot of people vouching for them here but seriously pay more attention to your affiliates and email them to notify any changes like a good network does. Now me and the OP both have got similar problems and no responses? if others are having problems with CR then post them here ,maybe then they can reply and start respecting their affiliates, hope you get your account back OP... Waiting for CR to apply, you know who you guys are, not naming anyone...

Well, as it turns out, we did make a mistake. There was a mix-up. We apologize for this.

Please allow us to explain what happened:

Our external fraud monitoring detection flagged 1 of your leads -- a very small sample, not enough to have warranted a ban. This fraud alert we received was wrongly interpreted by one of our AMs.

Mistakes happen and we apologize about this. We hope you can understand.

We have went ahead and re-instated your account.

It shouldn't take more than once. Yes people make mistakes but this is someone's income were talking about here. I have a feeling it was only checked again because this time it was made public

Great, I'm glad that you took care of it, and that it turned out to be a mistake. It would suck to be banned and not having done anything wrong (at least not conciously).

Actually, we did look into this issue previously when we were asked by Nix. When Nix PM'd us here, I consulted with one of our AMs, pulled up his account, and PM'd him here with the information we had at the time - that was relayed to me. Please remember, there WAS suspicious activity like we mentioned, based on a report from our external monitoring service, but the problem was this report was interpreted wrong. This was on April 16th. It's the 23rd now. A slight hiccup, but his account has been fully restored and we were honest about what happened.

I also think this is the reason. If the OP didn't made this public probably he will never recover his account.

I'm guessing your overreacting, I only heard good things about CR. Most networks will not admit a mistake, especially public. They could've just PMed him saying his account was reinstated and that would be all.

Conversion rates of close to 100%. Teach us oh wise one

Probably you are right, but don't forget there are lot of people complaining about the same issue as OP.
CR is doing a PR management, they can't allow anymore bad publicity.

In this case, it looks like if OP didn't complain openly there are chance he will never get his accounts back.....but its justs my opinion.

Unfortunately this happens all the time with them. I know a number of people that have lost there accounts from Crack. Seems like a common practice. If you send traffic to them just have your heads up and don't be surprised if it happens to you.

They will when they get called out and want to save face. I'm not saying it was intentional, it probably really was a misunderstanding. My point is it should not take contacting them 3 times to actually LOOK (only the public one was taken seriously). Also, if they just PM'd him, the thread would still be here. They need to make an appearance here for PR

Reputable or not, it could have been handled better

We have thousands upon thousands of affiliates. With that number, comes the unfortunate fact that not everyone is going to be an honest affiliate. Thankfully, we believe most of our affiliates to be honest, good people-- but we'll always have some bad apples in the crowd who will stop at nothing to defraud us out of money (knowingly generating fake leads, yet still taking money from us). That's stealing, downright.

When these true fraudsters are banned, don't you think they also message us, saying we made a mistake, because they want an opportunity to defraud us out of even more money?

Our support team takes these matters very seriously, and we can only go off of the information we have at the time. We will never shut the door completely on any affiliate. If someone insists/persists that an error has occurred, of course we're going to dig deeper. Again, we don't shut the door on anyone. In a situation like today, yes the OP happened to do this publicly. But if we had received another PM from Nix saying he really thought an error had occurred, this would have been handled the same way (only in private).

Keep in mind, we're here to make money together - and if an affiliate has traffic/leads that are good, of course we want to continue doing business together.

^ Yeah exactly. I do that shit to social media accounts every time I'm banned. You'll be surprised what you can regain even after a lengthy social media spam sesh. Although I'm just being annoying which is far from theft.

How often are you guys banned from a network and actually get some assistance through a forum or a reply at all? My guess is hardly at all if any. Good support from CR and why I send my adult traffic there currently.

It's all opinions but to me it's more of a problem with the industry standard being low

I'm gunna go ahead and blame my social media traffic, cus I sent like 2000 to CR and didn't convert at all. I see some guys getting like 1:3, 1:8 and I feel like Im missing something.

crakrev sucks way better companies with better conversions and way better payout plans. net 30 is just sad, and yeah i agree with wizard 100% chance of him still being banned if this wasn't a public matter. and what some are calling "good support" is merely saving face.
