Got banned from Amazon

So I got banned from amazon by a dirty competitor (this guy is a professional pain in the ass). I am pretty sure I can get my account reinstated but I am getting tired of sitting back and soldering on. I know this guy imports illegally and doest do proper quality control on his product (things I do do). So I am amazed amazon would ban my on his word but on that note I am wondering if there is an easy way to return the favor.

The best thing to do is to contact Amazon support, if you did nothing wrong they will reinstate your account

hey...i always believe in returning the favor..
But it happened with me earlier in my amazon ventures... we got in a banning war...
eventually i ended up changing my niche

I'm surprised how people level allegation without any evidence.

I'm sure I will be reinstated we have everything strait from FDA prior notices to cGMP. Pain in the ass I can't believe they can strait lie about my product and get it pulled with no notice.

I'm serious about returning the favor. I can afford a banning war if I could get both of us perma banned I would do it in a heartbeat as amazon isn't even 10% of my business while its 100% of his. Any thoughts on how I can return the favor to this douche.

Not entirely sure how you'd get him banned but there is one way to annoy the f*ck out of the guy...

Make an Amazon account, don't use your address/information, set it up with a VCC (Virtual Credit Card) that has like $5 available. Just so Amazon can add it as a legit card. Then you go ahead and order all of his stock, Amazon is going to send you a message that payment needs to be corrected, but in the mean time all his products are pulled from Amazon.com for about 7 days last I checked. Chances are he's going to figure it out and re-list the items, you just keep ordering everything he lists, do it after business hours. Oddly Amazon rarely, actually I haven't come across any case, bans buyers for doing this. You can make multiple orders if you want to hide yourself better.

But you still want to waste time on this? You get him banned, he comes back and gets you banned. During this time a 3rd player will come in and destroy you both.

@w130 Nice thought but market share is business and I don't want to give share uncontested to an unethical competitor.

My advice: Don't try to get him banned or else it will lead to a vicious circle. Contact Amazon support to get your account restored.
