Guys, I desperately need your help. I've started a new business about a month ago and it is utterly failing. We're making about $15/day with a product that could probably make $500 or more, with the right strategies.

I did some affiliate marketing back in the day, never made much off it, then totally stopped. I did some trickery with some script that allowed direct linking, it was a friend who was doing it who introduced it to me... never really made any money off it, overall probably lost a few hundred bucks net... stopped affiliate marketing, 6 months later, log in, BANNED!

What do I do... I've read horror stories about needing a new computer, new CC, new billing address, everything... this is madness. Can't they just unban me?! If not, what are my options?

I feel my business is going to crumble without adwords driving traffic to the site.

Call AdWords and explain that you are not guilty. They may unban your account.

Chances are less that they will unban you. Just get a new account, its not that tough.

yes - you have to write to support and explain what is the situation
Insist that you are right and they will solve your case

By my experience writing have less effect on them than directly calling and explaining by phone, with relaxed manner, what exactly happened, why you want to return, how you were mistreated and expect more from them etc.
You can't know if anyone reads your e-mail till the end or simply replies with canned response. By phone you know someone listens.

You probably won't get your AdWords account back.

Your best choice is to create a new account using a friend's/family member's name or you should start a company. I had my personal account banned. But I have a registered company with its own AdWords account and my ads are running fine.

I hope it helps.
