Got a negativ rep because I negatived rep first

Freelancer just received a mail telling him that he will run in trouble in 48h if he doesn't act more responsibly

I don't know where to post that so i'm sorry if there is a better section.

Rapidly, I gave a negative itrader rep to one of the BHW freelancer because he was hired to do a job in a timely manner and he did nothing. Now my schedule is f*ck*d up and I will be responsible for the delay in front of my client :rocketwho

Moreover, this "brillant" person who made me loose precious time got the idea to venge himself by giving me a negative itrader rep in return.

As my reputation is really important to me i'd like to ask, " how can we note freelancer/sellers/buyers rightfully if we know that we will get a negative rep in return ?"

In 48h if no solution has been found I will post here the name, the website and the chat log of this guy

Because there is nothing to discuss, He said " ok I'll do it - time frame 13h" at "moment +17h" I tried to contact him to know what is going on but he wasn't online. The job wasn't done (the problem remain). I changed ftp access and all access he had dot.

If you have proof that you paid him and he didn't deliver what you paid for, contact an admin with all the evidence.

if i'd leave you a negative itrader now, would you deserve it? i won't do that of course, but i can and everybody can w/o any effort, the itrader doesn't even need to be linked to a thread, it's just optional
the itrader system can be abused so easily on a forum

to OP: your best bet is reporting this to one of the mods, he'll look into it (especially if it's related to a BST service, which is not the case here) and he'll eventually remove the negative itrader if he sees fit and warn or ban the abuser

however you can't really be surprised, because it's the expected answer, in most cases if you leave a negative review even if it was called for, you'll get the same in return

I got a neg because I sold a site and the buyer said it's not working.
I checked and saw he didn't install the DB. I tried to help, he refused.
I put a neg back...

My friend ?xgf666? is speaking about me here.

Let me explain you whole matter so everyone knows that what exactly happened:-

On Friday night (21[SUP]st[/SUP] Sep-2012) ?xgf666? added me on Skype because I PM?ed him for JavaScript work. Due to late night here at that time we both agreed that this work starts on next day i.e. on Saturday 11 AM Morning (22[SUP]nd[/SUP] Sep-2012) as per my time i.e. Indian Standard Time. Now I come online on Skype at sharp 11 mornings and I pinged him but he not answer me. So I busy with my family here because it was weekend. Around 02:00 PM afternoon IST he comes online and answer me so I ask him for his site FTP and Front End access credentials, he passed me all the details thru Skype. I start the work immediately but after few minutes unfortunately there was a POWER CUT OFF here. So I simply wait for power back. Because I have no other choice. NO INTERNET AND NO COMPUTER WORKS HERE!!

After 4 hours i.e. around at 06:00 PM in evening power back here and I start to work here but what I see he already changed his site ftp and Front end password. So I can?t access his site. And at the same time I come and check my BHW profile he already leaved negative iTrader on my profile. This time I really very very SURPISED, SHOCKED, DISAPPOINT, NERVOUS and sad. Because he already destroy my online market Repo without listening me.

WHY I AM DISAPPOINTED AND SAD WITH ?XGF666?:-

1. First Off All I agreed to work with him without taking ZERO amount i.e. my BIG Mistake and I got result from him(-ive itrader on my profile) Thanks ?XGF666? to make my Repo down.
2. He thinks he have RIGHTS to come late online on Skype and keep waiting others for him but have no patience to wait for others. WOW!!
3. If you leave Negative itrader on others profile then you think others have no RIGHTS to do same.

BHW MODS HELP ME! This guy starts to threatening me by sending PM and making my REPO down.

No need for anyone to get nervous. Based on what 's been stated here, this looks like a trivial issue. Since there is no monetary dispute (OP only mentions of his "precious" time), it seems to me there 's a bit of overreaction here. Certainly, the OP has a right to give itrader since he was not satisfied from the resolution of your agreement and certainly you had a right to give itrader since you are disputing the OPs action.

i 'd suggest to both parties to just move on to other profitable ventures
