Got a good keyword hardly no Comp...need help!

I am New to the Idea of using a content locker. I found a keyword, (few of them) that are right around 10k searches a month. with barely a bit of competition. I was wondering if I made a website around the keyword, and have movies (relaetd to keyword) there to download and what not.. Now with the content locker, they have to do some sort of offer correct? Now how do those offers pay me? are all programs the same..or do alll pay different?

I would jsut like a profitable CL, I know nothing about them, I've read a bit though...any and all help will be appreciated!
