Its free as long as I use their labeled chat bot on my site which I don't mind. They do an address and id verification.
They claim to be a service for entrepreneurs and charge what you use. You can also bring in your team.
Any one have experience with them like what are the charges for incoming and out going calls?

Still confused, in order to do ID verification you have to submit a photo of your ID (both sides) and selfie.. that is ID verification.
Unless you don't mean Email verification..

Id for India is Aadhar or pan card , I have given driving license copy and no selfie.
Also adhar and pancard are connected to your cell phone number so no one can steal your id if you give that too.
You gotta hand over your cellphone unlocked to them to get your id stolen.
