In all seriousness though. Does it rank for anything? If it doesn't rank then it's nothing more than PBN pricing, which I believe is anywhere between $36 - $149; depending on the person selling them. I it does rank for something then count the value of each keyword in positions 1 - 3 and value it based on that.
You could try your luck in Flippa and test the market. Someone might buy it.

Only asking because its not often you find a emd with 60k searches.
and the competition is fierce for the keyword its not ranked anywhere yet was just wondering other peoples opinions.

EMDs don't matter anyway. So you might want to change your sales pitch.
I think the emd being nerfed is debatable one debate im not going into.
What's your argument? I would love to hear this!
