I dont think you will have much privileges as that would be just treated as a person who went into coma.

As per my experience it would be treated as a normal account only.

You will likely get an email pretty soon after you post a video on the account with an invite from Google to join the YouTube Original Gangsta's group. Once there, you get paid $10 a day simply for having an account.
