They are from different countries, do I just use a proxy to access them without the roadblock?

solve the roadblock...

if u buy pva from any just ask them to fill the security quest and answer.. so that u can log in with that.. and tell them to note the dob in the file...

if u can solve photo verification ( if your are good in it) u can solve it..

what do you mean you got a/cs? hacked a/cs? Is yes, then forget about accessing them!
