hey i have 100$ in paypal and i wanted to buy a cell phone or a nice 6-7Mpx digital camera i cant buy from ebay USA as i dont use it and ebay India doesnt aaccept paypal i also cant use the paypal to create vcc as the vcc plugin on paypal works with US paypal only ...so how do i buy it?

However, I do believe you can purchase OVER ebay US if you have an eBay account that is verified.

IMHO, if I got that money I would buy several domains and BH tools.

How your money spent is up to you though.

My advice is to buy vcc from one of the threads in BHW and create another Paypal account (make sure that your country is US + use US proxy) with it. You can then use this Paypal to buy from egay USA (don't type ebay, SERPS would find us here, make it a habit to type egay)

Purchase a domain and offer a service on it, or membership. Or purchase YT acc's and do some CPA + YT

If you want to buy the mobile phone, get a USA paypal verified and buy it, simple or get someone here to buy it for you with some commission.
