Why hasn't the EU stepped in yet :sleep:? May be they are thinking Google is not a monopoly yet

Why would the EU step in? They are busy censoring the Internet and tracking their citizens... and G happily obliges. Get an European vps and start counting the number of videos marked 'not available in your country'. It's every second one.
But the article has a flow, why would G care of YT's backlinks? They own it, they can slap it at any serp they want, 1 or 1000.
Also YT is a money black hole too. It swallows terabytes of traffic each hour. I may be wrong of course but it seems its upkeep costs a lot more than many people realize.

Once an Empire is built on the Internet the $$s are huge and they can hire the best and the brightest to stay ahead of the curve! They all start out with good intentions and good products, but the the good intentions quickly change to greed, but people keep using them because the products stay good. Look at EBay!
