I know it's already been mentioned, but a childish part of me just loved that title!

Many are complaining about the loss of the co.cc domains and if/when they may return, combined with claims of huge financial losses.

One guy on a google forum say's all his income is now gone, he has a family.. blah, blah..
    - If that's the case, then buy a decent domain you can rely on - muppet!

I have about 30 co.cc domains, used for various linking reasons, experimental stuff and demo/tutorial stuff - but certainly nothing that I rely on for money or would cause me any stress if they went pop - between the sponsor payment ($10) and a few purchased domains that had good PR (and still do) I've spent about $25 with co.cc - so no big deal.

One question though.. anyone know if PR juice is still passed on if the site with PR is de-indexed??

    Thanks

    Si

a normal domain is a few dollars a year, if you make a massive income on a .co.cc domain you are just stupid and greedy

It's not about the money. I have 3 co.cc domains. Those were exact EMD. Used to rank on the second page(low competation keywords) No SEO done on these websites.
I was just using them as .com , .net, .org are already booked by someone else.

All in all i have moved to someother websites. No time for crying.

Why you guys just give bad words to the co.cc domain owners? His just ask the simple question. The deindexed domain pass PR or not?

This sounds like a lot of whiny WH types in this thread.

I thought this was BLACK HAT World, not whiny WH World. If you didn't lose a lot of domains with co.cc disappearing then you were leaving a nice earning opportunity on the table.

True Black Hats don't whine, they move on rebuild and keep earning.

The point is.... Google might PUNISH YOU the next time. All your income could be gone. It´s time for some real competition with 5 or 6 search engines that have about the same market share like 15% each..
