1. Can a website be considered partially mobile friendly? Or is it simply a yes or no answer in terms of Google.
2. How badly will my sites ranking be affected by the update if I'm not mobile optimized?!
From what I've read a site is either mobile optimized or not there is no gray area. In terms of your ranking I don't think anyone can tell you that! Just make your life easier and optimize your site!
