My sites are stable and didn't saw any major up and downs. I think if you stay under the radar and playing safe, these google updates does not affect you that much.

you mean if you are not in page 1?

I lost lots of rankings. Could not find the reason yet.

Still trying to connect the dots. Few of my client's sites saw a minor decrease in traffic and a slight drop in rankings. However, things are currently on an upswing. So, all good here.
