Hi guys, my friend's GooglePlay account termTermin for multiple account use ( one personal and another work account) so now is there any way to get it back?

You could email them to appeal but you will probably not get it back.

Yes only way is email but im not sure if you won

Yes already mailed, can we upload same App to new account? 1 App have 1M+ installs and another 500k+

i think there are no way to get back your account an account in google don't care about your appeal.

go a head and create new apps with new computer and fresh CC and install all other tools inside it then open new account. because google is very smart and you will know that you are the owner of closed accounts..

wish niche that make 1M installs and how you promote it ?

Well, this happens with me in the past the only workaround is to make sure you did not do anything that could link the old account with the new one you are going to create. and regarding issues with the appeal, the chances of getting that account is close to impossible

It has happened to me as well, 2 times. You won't get it back 99.9%. Imagine every time an account was terminated and all the developers appealed. Google doesn't forgive. So, be very careful if you open a new account.
