I'm looking for a way to put ******** links on G+. All the online tuto i found didn't work ?

Could Somebody tips me ?

As far as I know the links are not df anymore on G Plus. You can't change that, this platform is owned and operated by G and they decide what to do, so they decided to make them nofollow.
