Hover over the profile, an option of adding to circle will come. Tick the friends option. Done

Do you guys think Google+ is going to take over FB? Don't mean to hijack the thread, but I think the OP's question was already answered

Why not have someone create a HUB for people to come and trade google +1s? Haha, charge a membership fee of like 9.99 a month to put people in touch with each other. It's sooo freaking brilliant!!!
